As a manufacturer of professional gastronomy equipment, we have become a partner of the National Culinary Competition "Junior Culinary Cap", addressed to students of gastronomy schools. The final of the culinary struggle was organized on 5 February 2020 at the Congress Hotel in Kielce. 8 young talents took part in it: from Bielsko-Biala, Lublin, Kielce, Wrocław and Rzeszów. The winner of the competition received a voucher for PLN 1,000 for the yatogastro.com store. With the new YATO equipment, he can develop his culinary passion even more dynamically.
The level of the competition was extremely high and the finalists were preparing live dishes focused on duck and root vegetables. The jury had a tough nut to crack. In the end, the best was a student from Bielsko-Biala who prepared a duck in a cherry sauce with chicory and celery puree and white chocolate. Congratulations! The event is organized by Fundacja Świętokrzyskich Szefów Kuchni i Kucharzy (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Chefs and Cooks Foundation).
