TOYA S.A.
Parent company with headquarters in Wrocław, Poland. Manages the strategy and structure the portfolio value of its subsidiaries. It has two logistics centres: in Wrocław and – since 2007 – in Nadarzyn.
TOYA Romania S.A.
It was established in 2003 as a subsidiary with its headquarters and logistics centre in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. In 2019, a new office canter with a warehouse of over 7,000 m2 and 13 m in height was opened.
YATO Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
It was established in 2008 as a jointly controlled company with its headquarters and logistics centre in Shanghai, China. In 2013, the control over the company was fully taken over by TOYA S.A.
YATO Tools (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd.
Established in 2019 as a subsidiary with its registered office in Baibu Town, China. TOYA S.A. holds 100% of its share capital with a total value of USD 12.5 million. In 2023 the company built a modern logistics and distribution center.
