The Management Board of TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław informs that, on 26 April, 2018, in the mode of art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439 as amended), it received a notification from the shareholders acting in agreement, which is referred to in art. 87, section 1, item 5 of the Act regarding large blocks of shares. The contents of the notification can be found in the attachment to the present report.
