The Management Board of TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław, hereby informs about receiving, on 27 February, 2018, in the mode of art. 69 in connection with art. 87, section 1, item 4 of the Act on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439 as amended), from the attorney of Mr Tomasz Koprowski, a shareholder, a notification regarding large blocks of shares.
