The Management Board of the company TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław informs that on 19 December,2018, inthe mode of art. 69, section 1, item 1 and 69a, section 1, item3 inconnection with art. 87, section 1, item 2, letter a of the Act of 29 July, 2005 on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382 as amended), it received a notification from a Shareholder regarding large blocks of shares. The contents of the notification is found in the attachment to the present report.
