TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the “Issuer”) informs that on 13 May, 2019, it received a notification from the shareholder, Mr. Tomasz Koprowski, informing that after the publication of the sent notification the accelerated bookbuilding process for the Issuer’s shares will commence.
The content of the notification in question makes up an attachment to the present report.
