Management Board of TOYA S.A. in Wrocław (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on 29 June 2017, the Ordinary General Meeting appointed members of the Supervisory Board for a new term, comprising of:

In addition Gentlemen: Piotr Mondalski, Dariusz Górka, Grzegorz Maciąg, Michał Kobus, Wojciech Bartłomiej Papierak meet the criteria to be fulfilled by the independent members of the Supervisory Board.
According to statements made by the appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, they do not conduct competitive activity, as well as not participate in a competitive company as shareholders of a civil partnership or as members of a company’s competitive capital or members of the governing body of any competitive legal person as well as are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
Education, qualifications and previously occupied positions, along with a description of the course of professional work in the form of CVs provided to the Issuer by the aforementioned members of the Supervisory Board, the Issuer publishes in the annex to this report.
