Management Board of TOYA S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on 7 July 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer appointed Members of Management Board of the new term in the following composition:
1. Mr Grzegorz Pinkosz – President of the Management Board
2. Mr Maciej Lubnauer – Vice-President of the Management Board
According to statements made by the appointed members of the Management Board, they do not conduct competitive activity, as well as not participate in a competitive company as shareholders of a civil partnership or as members of a company’s competitive capital or members of the governing body of any competitive legal person as well as are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and positions held previously, along with a description of the course of work of the curriculum vitae provided to the Issuer by the aforementioned members of the Management Board, is published in the annex to this report.
