YATO brand has new welding machine models available

The key to maintaining a competitive advantage is continuous innovation, so the YATO brand's lineup has been expanded to include three new models of inverter welding machines (YT-81355, YT-81357, YT-81358). Their features will be appreciated by both professional users and DIY enthusiasts embarking on their welding journey.

YATO inverter welders combine innovative welding process management features, energy efficiency, and adaptability to diverse work environments. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the key features and benefits of each.

The YT-81358 welder is equipped with a PFC module that reduces disturbances emitted into the grid and lowers reactive power consumption. Consequently, the risk of welding operations in places with sensitive electronics has been minimized, and the welder's full potential can be utilized even on a 50-meter extension cord.

On the other hand, the YT-81355 and YT-81357 welders are based on the latest generation IGBT transistors. A specially designed microprocessor autonomously manages the entire welding process. Reduction in electronic circuits and a proprietary current sampling method increase the durability of the device and welding convenience. Both professionals and those with limited experience will appreciate the ease of achieving high-quality welds.

The technologies incorporated into the new YATO welder models have been designed to enhance the work of welders at various skill levels. Here are a few key features:

Real Hot Start

At the moment the electrode touches the material to be welded, the welder increases the welding current for a fraction of a second, significantly facilitating arc ignition.

Real Arc Force

It adjusts the arc dynamics based on the distance between the electrode and the welded element. The aim of these actions is to achieve the best quality of the welding source for the given current setting.

Anti-stick

It cuts off the welding current when the electrode sticks, allowing the electrode to be detached from the welded material.

VRD

It reduces the no-load voltage from 60V to a level safe for humans. The moment the electrode touches the welded element is detected by the welder in a fraction of a second. At that point, the VRD function is deactivated, and the Hot Start function is activated, facilitating arc ignition.

Protection against overload and overheating

The microprocessor continuously monitors the temperature of critical components in real-time. Depending on the temperature, it controls the fan speed. However, when the temperature reaches a critical level, it smoothly reduces the output current, preventing electrode burnout or allowing for controlled termination of the weld. In most welders on the market, overheating results in an immediate shutdown of the welding current, often requiring mechanical adjustments to the welded components.

The mentioned technologies not only improve the quality and precision of welding but also significantly enhance work comfort, reduce the time needed for device adjustments, and minimize the risk of errors.
