The many classes and workshops taking place at the Odra Centre are conducted in this spirit. One of them is the 'YATO-supported Little Boat Shop' project with TOYA S.A. acting as a technical partner. In the past year, a series of 10 workshops aimed at the youngest participants was held.
Using YATO tools, participants tried their hand at DIY activities and building floating models, which could be tested in the current of the Oder river immediately after the class. A total of 160 people took part in the project.
The Odra Centrum workshop also hosts classes designed for adults and seniors: textile dyeing, modelling, macramé, carpentry and manual classes for seniors.
Odra Centrum is a place built with vision and passion. In addition to DIY activities, there are concerts, laboratory classes, and there is a boat and canoe hire service. And the thematically decorated café is a fantastic place to relax, where the current of the Oder – literally – is at your fingertips.
