The new development, located in the village of Oddział in the Żabia Wola municipality, comprises a warehouse, service, and production complex (two buildings) with space reserved for office and administrative areas. It also features accompanying infrastructure, including a gatehouse, fire pump station, fire water tank, retention basin, roads and parking lots, seven sealed holding tanks, a transformer station, and an LNG station with a gas installation. The total usable area is 57,750.875 sqm. The definitive real estate sale agreement was concluded on October 1, 2026.
The purchase and adaptation of this facility aim to secure the company's long-term operational and logistics needs, creating a solid foundation for its further development. This property will serve as the company's central warehouse in Poland. This change will allow for a reduction in costs associated with the existing lease of warehouse space in Nadarzyn and a significant increase in the efficiency of logistics and distribution processes.
The current phase of work involves capital expenditures related to the interior adaptation, including the purchase and installation of modern warehouse racking. The ultimate and most important effect of these changes will be better product availability and shorter delivery lead times for our customers.
