TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the “Issuer”) publicly discloses the current report dates of issue in financial year 2020:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for the first quarter of the year 2020 – 7 May 2020,
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for the third quarter of the year 2020 – 5 November 2020.
2. Consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group for the first half of the year 2020 – 27 August 2020.
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and standalone annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2019 – 26 March 2020.
The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for regarding the information required under provisions of law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757) (the “Regulation”), it will not issue separate standalone quarterly reports and standalone half-year report. The consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group shall include, accordingly, the quarterly financial information and half-year condensed financial statements along with the report of the audit firm from the audit or report from the audit of this report.
Moreover, the Issuer shall not issue the quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of the year 2019 and the second quarter for the year 2020, pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation.
All interim reports shall be published on the website of the Issuer in the Investor Relations/Interim Reports tab.
