TOYA S.A. invests in a modern logistics center: conclusion of a significant real estate purchase agreement.

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. has announced the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of a modern warehouse and office complex in the Żabia Wola municipality. The transaction, valued at over EUR 41 million, constitutes a key element of the Company’s operational infrastructure development strategy.

On May 21, 2026, TOYA S.A. entered into a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of real estate located in Oddział. The subject of the transaction is a site developed with two modern buildings intended for warehouse, production, and service functions, which are currently under construction. The total usable area of the complex, including office facilities and full supporting infrastructure, is approximately 57,800 sqm.

The total value of the investment has been set at EUR 41,625,000 net. The transaction is scheduled to be finalized by early November 2026 at the latest, subject to the fulfillment of standard conditions precedent. The project has already received official approval from the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The decision to purchase the new property is driven by the need to secure the long-term logistical and operational objectives of TOYA S.A. The modern facility will allow for significant optimization of distribution processes and increased inventory management efficiency. By establishing its own warehouse base, the Company will create a solid foundation for further market expansion and reduce operating costs related to the current leasing of space from third-party entities.
