The activities of the TOYA Group include product design, commissioning and quality supervision over their production and distribution under own brands. The developed sales network on the domestic and foreign market includes Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Central and South America.
The Group provides the largest part of sales through wholesale and export channels. The products also reach buyers through retail chains and retail sales. TOYA distributes the products of its 6 own brands: YATO, STHOR, VOREL, LUND, FALA and FLO. The most famous brand is YATO and it has the largest share in sales on the domestic and foreign market.
TOYA S.A. – the parent company of the TOYA Capital Group – present on the market since 1990. In 2011, it made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It successively experiences an increase in sales revenues, reaching over EUR 118 million in 2021.
Foreign expansion of the TOYA Group resulted in the opening of a second company in China in 2019 – YATO Tools (Jiaxing). The Chinese company is currently finalizing the construction of a central, modern warehouse in Zhejiang province. After completion, the investment will optimize the management of deliveries to customers on all continents, enabling further development in African and Asian markets.
