The Management Board of TOYA S.A. provides in the form of appendix the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of general number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 26 June 2019 along with the specification of the number of votes entitled to each of them under shares held and specification of the percentage share in the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and in the general number of votes.
