TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) with a registered seat in Wrocław informs that on 29 May, 2019 the Supervisory Board positively assessed the recommendation of the Management Board regarding distribution of the Company’s profit for the fiscal year 2018, of which recommendation the Company informed by way of current report no. 7/2019 of 21 May, 2019.
The final decision in the matter of distribution of the Company’s profit for the fiscal year 2018 shall be taken by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The report was prepared based on: art. 17, section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L of 2014, No. 173, p. 1 as amended).
