The management Board of TOY S.A. seated in Wrocław („Issuer”) hereby informs that due to the notice filed by the Issuer on 31 August 2014, the agreement to become an animator of the Issuer on the Stock Exchange concluded on 21 December 2014 with Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska S.A has been terminated.
Please also note that an animator for shares of the Issuer remains a Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. seated in Bielsko-Biala, who performs this function from 17 June 2014.
