The Management Board of TOYA S.A. seated in Wroclaw (Issuer) hereby informs that on 23 May 2014 it has received information about the signing by the other Party or IDM Brokerage House based in Krakow (hereinafter IDM) agreement on termination of the agreement dated 5 February 2014 on exercise by IDM of Issuer Animator function on the Stock Exchange. The parties agreed to set the date of the termination of the agreement on 12 May 2014.
At the same time we also inform that an animator for shares of the Issuer remains Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Srodowiska S.A., which performs this function continuously since 21 December 2011
