TOYA S.A. Management Board (hereinafter referred to as: the “Company”), with a view to providing Shareholders with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the proposed candidates before the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, hereby informs that on August 21, 2020, the Company received from the Company’s Shareholder, Mr. Jan Szmidt, information about the candidacy of Mrs. Beata Szmidt, Mr. Jan Szmidt, Mr. Piotr Mondalski, Mr. Dariusz Górka, Mr. Grzegorz Maciąg for Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The above candidatures were submitted in connection with the convening of the Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2020, about which the Company informed on July 21, 2020 in the current report No. 25/2020.Attached to this report, the Company presents applications, statements and CVs of the above-mentioned candidates.
