The Management Board of TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the “Company”), having regard to giving the Shareholders a possibility of familiarising themselves with the candidacy prior to the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders informs that on 19 November, 2018 the Company received from the Company’s Shareholder, Tomasz Koprowski, the information on the submission of the candidacy of Mr Michał Wnorowski for the Company’s Supervisory Board Member.
The above candidacy was submitted in connection with convening the Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 November, 2018, of which the Company informed on 21 September, 2018 by means of report no. 38/2018.
In the attachment to the present report, the Company presents the notification, consent to the election of the said candidate and the candidate’s CV.
