TOYA S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer), informs that on 21 February 2020 it received information on conclusion of the agreement between YATO TOOLS (JIAXING) CO., LTD. with its registered office in Baibu (hereinafter referred to as: the “Subsidiary”) and Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning of Haiyan County on 21 February 2020 under which the Subsidiary was granted a legal title to the real property of the area of 15097 m² in Baibu Town located in Zhejiang province in the People’s Republic of China. Under the concluded agreement the Subsidiary shall hold legal title to the real property for 50 years, starting from 17 March 2020. The value of the agreement is CNY 7,925,925. The Subsidiary intends to build the warehouse in the area of the subject real property. The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from terms and conditions commonly applicable for this type of agreements on the Chinese market.
