In relations to current report no 12/2016 dated 20 May 2016 regarding signing of Termsheet between TOYA S.A. seated in Wrocław (“TOYA”) and MaxCom S.A. seated in Tychy (“MaxCom”) (together named “Parties”) TOYA S.A. hereby informs that on 30 June 2016 Parties have signed an annex to the above mentioned Termsheet.
The premise of this annex is to change the schedule of investments which TOYA in the current report No. 12/2016. Parties in accordance stated that the completion of the negotiation process to obtain the necessary corporate approvals and signing of the investment agreement should take place no later than 30 September 2016 (the previous deadline was 29 June 2016).
Due to the above exclusive right in the area referred to in the report no. 12/2016 was extended until 30 September 2016 (the previous deadline was 30 June 2016).
Other assumptions of the Termsheet remain unchanged.
