The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby announces a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of TOYA S.A. held on 28 May 2015.
Jan Szmidt – 28 170 647 votes from shares held, representing 39,51% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 36,05 % of the total number of votes.
Tomasz Koprowski – 14 771 208 votes from shares held, representing 20,72% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 18,90 % of the total number of votes.
Romuald Szałagan – 11 033 875 votes from shares held, representing 15,47% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 14,12 % of the total number of votes.
Piotr Wojciechowski – 5 033 055 votes from shares held representing 7,06% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 6,44 % of the total number of votes.
