The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby announces a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of TOYA S.A. held on 23 June 2016:
Jan Szmidt – 28 170 647 votes from shares held, representing 36,41% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 35,96% of the total number of votes.
Tomasz Koprowski – 14 771 208 votes from shares held, representing 19,09% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 18,86% of the total number of votes.
Romuald Szałagan – 10 964 369 votes from shares held, representing 14,17% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 14,00% of the total number of votes.
Generali Open Pension Fund - 5 000 000 votes from shares held representing 6,46% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 6,38% of the total number of votes.
Piotr Wojciechowski – 4 284 507 votes from shares held representing 5,54% of the number of votes participating in the Ordinary General Meeting and 5,47% of the total number of votes.
