The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby announces a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of TOYA S.A. held on 21 September 2016:
Jan Szmidt – 28 170 647 votes from shares held, representing 36,37% of the number of votes participating in the General Meeting and 35,96% of the total number of votes.
Tomasz Koprowski – 14 771 208 votes from shares held, representing 19,07% of the number of votes participating in the General Meeting and 18,86% of the total number of votes.
Romuald Szałagan – 10 703 546 votes from shares held, representing 13,82% of the number of votes participating in the General Meeting and 13,66% of the total number of votes.
Generali Open Pension Fund – 5 000 000 votes from shares held representing 6,45% of the number of votes participating in the General Meeting and 6,38% of the total number of votes.
