The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby announces a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of TOYA S.A. held on 12 January 2017:
Jan Szmidt – 28 170 647 votes from shares held, representing 36,27% of the number of votes participating in this General Meeting and 35,96% of the total number of votes.
Tomasz Koprowski – 14 771 208 votes from shares held, representing 19,02% of the number of votes participating in this General Meeting and 18,86% of the total number of votes.
Romuald Szałagan – 10 499 656 votes from shares held, representing 13,52% of the number of votes participating in this General Meeting and 13,40% of the total number of votes.
ALTUS TFI – 7 319 545 votes from shares held representing 9,42% of the number of votes participating in this General Meeting and 9,34% of the total number of votes.
Generali Open Pension Fund – 5 001 147 votes from shares held representing 6,44% of the number of votes participating in this General Meeting and 6,38% of the total number of votes.
