Following the adoption by the Ordinary General Meeting of TOYA S.A.
on 26 June 2014, resolution regarding the change to the Articles of Association, the Management Board TOYA S.A. hereby announces the resolution containing the adopted contents of the Articles of Association along with their previous wording.
