Board of TOYA SA (the “Company”) announces that on 20 September 2016 the Board was informed of the resignation of Mr. Dariusz Hajek of 20 September 2016 from the function of Vice-president of the Management Board of TOYA SA. Mr. Dariusz Hajek did not give reasons for its resignation. The Company also announces that Mr. Dariusz Hajek remains within the structure of the Group TOYA.
