TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 29 August, 2018 it became aware of resignation of Mr Tomasz Koprowski from serving the function of the Management Board member with effect on 29 August, 2018.
The resignation is due to personal reasons.
Legal basis: § 5, item 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March, 2018 in the matter of current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and conditions for deeming information required by provisions of countries not being member countries as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757).
