The management Board of TOYA S.A. („Company”) hereby informs that on 18 December 2013 has received a letter of resignation from Mr Piotr Wojciechowski from the function of Supervisory Board member and Member of the Audit Committee with effect from 31.12.2013
According to the information received, the cause of his resignation are important personal matters.
Legal basis: §5 section 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
