The Management Board of Toya S.A. hereby announces that on 19 November 2012 r. it has received the information about registration on 8 November 2012 by District Court for Wroclaw – Fabryczna, 6th Business Department of the National Court Register of the share capital increase by the amount of PLN 18 894,70. The increase of the share capital has been executed as a result of subscription by Entitled Persons participating in the Motivation Program to 188 947 shares series D with par value of PLN 0,1 (ten cents) each.
After the registration the share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 7 521 358,90 and is divided into 75 213 589 shares with par value of PLN 0.1 each, including:
