The Management Board of Toya S.A. („the Company”), following the information released on 26 June 2012 (current report no 15/2012) hereby informs that on 10 September 2012 the Company has received the notification that on the basis of resolution dated 7 September 2012 the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division , has registered the changes to the Articles of Association resolved by the Ordinary General Meeting of TOYA S.A. on 26 June 2012.
Previously existing wording of the Articles of Association and the changes have been attached to the current report no 15/2012 dated 26 June 2012.
Unified wording of the Articles of Association containing the abovementioned changes has been attached to the present report.
Legal basis: § 38 paragraph 1 point 2) letter b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
