The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby provides the dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2015:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for I quarter 2015 – 6 May 2015.
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for III quarter 2015 – 4 November 2015.
2. Consolidated half year report of TOYA Group for 1st half of 2015 – 19 August 2015.
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA Group for 2014 and stand alone annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2014– 20 March 2015.
The Management Board of TOYA S.A. announces that following § 83 sec. 1 and 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state (“Decree”) the Company will not publish separate stand alone quarterly reports and stand alone half year report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half year report of TOYA Group will include quarterly financial information and stand alone condensed half year financial statements.
The Management Board of the Company informs that following § 101 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information resigns from publication of consolidated quarterly report for II quarter of 2015.
The Management Board of the Company informs that following § 102 sec. 2 of the Decree the Company will not publish stand alone and consolidated quarterly report for IV quarter of 2014.
All periodic reports will be placed on the Company’s website in section Investor Relations / Financial Reports.
Legal basis: § 103 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member.
