Publication dates for periodic reports in 2013

The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby provides the dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2013:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports::

• Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for 4 quarter 2012 – – 1 March 2013
• Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for I quarter 2013 – 15 May 2013
• Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group for III quarter 2013 – 13 November 2013

1. Consolidated half year report of TOYA Group for 1st half of 2013  – 28 August 2013
2. Consolidated annual report of TOYA Group for 2012 and stand alone annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2012 – – 10 April 2013

The Management Board of the Company informs that following § 101 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information resigns from publication of consolidated quarterly report for II quarter of 2013.

At the same time TOYA S.A. announces that following § 83 sec. 1 and 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information the Company will not publish separate stand alone quarterly reports and stand alone half year report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half year report of TOYA Group will include quarterly financial information and stand alone condensed half year financial statements.

All periodic reports will be placed on the Company’s website in section Investor Relations / Financial Reports.

Legal basis: § 103 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member.
