With reference to the current report No. 34/2020 of August 31, 2020 on the adoption of a resolution by the Annual General Meeting of TOYA S.A. on the payment of the dividend for 2019 TOYA S.A. in Wrocław informs that the dividend will be paid on December 14, 2020.
