The Management Board of TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Issuer) hereby informs about the receipt, from Mrs Wioletta Koprowska, as the person closely associated with the person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr Tomasz Koprowski, a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, on 4 April, 2018, of the notification which is referred to in art. 19, section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L of 2014 No. 173, p. 1 as amended) of transactions upon the Issuer’s shares.
The notification which is referred to above makes up an attachment to the report in question.
