The Management Board of TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that on 13 June, 2018 it received from Mrs Wioletta Koprowska, as the person closely associated with the person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr Tomasz Koprowski, the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, the notification which is referred to in art. 19, section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L of 2014 No. 173, p. 1 as amended) of transactions upon the Issuer’s shares.
The notification which is referred to above makes up an attachment to the report in question.
