The Management Board of TOYA S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, informs that on 25 June 2019 it obtained from the Shareholder’s Attorney in Fact, Mr Tomasz Koprowski, the notification on exceeding the thresholds specified in the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies due to the authorization of the Shareholder’s Attorney in Fact by the said Shareholder to participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting of “TOYA” Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wrocław, address: ul. Sołtysowicka no. 13/15, 51-168 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 66712 for which the registration files are kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, REGON [National Official Business Register]: 932093253, NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 8951686107.
