TOYA S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław informs that on 31 August 2020 it obtained from the shareholder’s attorney-in-fact, Mr Tomasz Koprowski, the notification on exceeding the thresholds specified in the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies as a result of the authorisation of the shareholder’s attorney-in-fact by the said Shareholder to participate and vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer convened on August 31, 2020. The content of the notification is included in the appendix to this report.
