TOYA S.A. with its registered offcie in Wrocław, informs about the receipt, on November 12, 2020, pursuant to art. 69 section 1 point 2 and 69 section 2 point 1 letter a of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382, as amended), a notification from the Shareholder regarding significant blocks of shares.
