The Management Board of the company TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław informs that on 20 June, 2018 it received from the Attorney of Mr Tomasz Koprowski, the Shareholder, a notification on exceeding the thresholds as indicated in the Act on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies as a result of authorising the Shareholder’s Attorney by the said Shareholder to participate in and vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TOYA S.A. The contents of the notification is found in the attachment to the present report.
