The Management Board of the company TOYA S.A. with a registered seat in Wrocław informs that
on 13 June, 2018, in the mode of art. 69, section 2, item 1, letter a of the Act on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439 as amended), it received a notification regarding large blocks of shares. The contents of the notification is found in the attachment to the present report.
