The Management Board of TOYA S.A. based in Wroclaw, informs about the receipt, on 28 May 2015., in accordance with Art. 69 in conjunction with Art. with Art. 87, paragraph 1, item 4 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text Dz. U. of 2009. No. 185, item. 1439, as amended), from the proxy of shareholders Mr Piotr Wojciechowski and Mrs Elzbieta Wojciechowska a notice of large blocks of shares. The content of the notice is given in Annex to this report.
