TOYA S.A. (hereinafter: the “Issuer”) informs that on 16 May, 2019, it received a notification from the shareholder, Mr. Tomasz Koprowski, informing about the result of the accelerated process of bookbuilding for the shares of the Issuer.
The content of the notification in question makes up an attachment to the present report.
