The Management Board of TOYA S.A. seated in Wrocław informs about the receipt on 12 January 2017, under Art. 69 in connection with Art. 87 section 1 point 4 of the Act of On Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Dz. U. of 2009 no 185, position 1439, as amended) a notice from the proxy of the shareholder Romuald Szałagan regarding significant shareholding. The content of the notice is given in Annex to this report.
