The Management Board of TOYA S.A. hereby attaches a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of TOYA S.A. on 28 June 2022 together with specification of the number of votes to which each of them is entitled under the shares held and their percentage share in the number of votes at this Annual General Meeting and in the total number of votes.
