The event gathered thousands of motorsport fans, athletes, partners and journalists in Warsaw's Hulakula Club and in front of screens online. During the event, we the winners of the first plebiscite for the Most Interesting Motorsport Auto 2021 were announced. The original competition created by the Pilarczyk-Dziurleja duo took place in 4 categories: drift, racing, rallies and offroad.
A decision was also made regarding the innovative project "Driftowóz na start"" ("Drift car, ready to start"). Its aim was to instill passion for motorsport in young people, motivate them to pursue their dreams, show them places to train and prove that drifting does not require a large start budget. In front of the audience, Karolina Pilarczyk and Mariusz Dziurleja built a low-budget drifting car which was then the reward to a 14-year-old automotive enthusiast.
Of course, there were plans for the 2022 season. Karolina announced the start in several drifting leagues and the continuation of her off-road adventure. Her car will be Nissan 200sx s15 with the powerful 800 hp Corvette LSX 6.2 engine.
"The Great Automotive Show is an event promoting all motorsport disciplines – an event that will certainly become a regular part of the major automotive events calendar in Poland" – emphasized Karolina Pilarczyk.
