TOYA S.A. (the Company) in Wrocław informs that on 29 May 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution of 29 May 2017 No. 5/RN/2017 positively assessed the recommendation of the Management Board regarding the distribution of the Company’s profit for the financial year 2016, about which the Company informed in current report no. 18/2017 dated 22 May 2017.
The final decision on the distribution of the Company’s profit for the financial year 2016 will be taken by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
