Election of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and the members of the Audit Committee of TOYA S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter: the “Issuer”), with reference to current report no. 11/2024 of 26.06.2024 on the appointment of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer for a new term of office, announces that the Supervisory Board of the Company on 26.06.2024 adopted resolutions on the election of:
Mr Piotr Mondalski as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Mr Jan Szmidt as Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
At the same time, the Supervisory Board appointed from among its members an Audit Committee with the following composition:
Mr Wojciech Papierak – Chairperson of the Audit Committee
Mr Dariusz Górka – Member of the Audit Committee
Mr Zenon Beker – Member of the Audit Committee
