With reference to current report no 25/2014 dated 26.06.2014 regarding appointment of the Supervisory Board members for a new term, the Management Board of TOYA S.A. (The Company) hereby informs that on 26.06.2014 the Supervisory Board has adopted resolution on:
Election of Mr Piotr Mondalski for Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Election of Mr Jan Szmidt for Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board
And the appointment to the Audit Committee:
Mr Dariusz Górka
Mr Grzegorz Maciąg
Mr Jan Szmidt.
Member of the Audit Committee that meets the independence requirements who are qualified in the field of accounting and auditing required by the Act on Auditors and entities authorized to audit financial statements and public supervision – is Mr Dariusz Górka.
